Once you have found your dream loft here at Tindeco Wharf, we urge you to complete an application!
To proceed, we will need the following:
- REFUNDABLE $250 hold deposit. The hold deposit will be applied to your Security Deposit once your application is approved. The security deposit can range from $250 to a full month's rent ending on the applicant's credit.
3. Last two week's pay-stubs and/or offer letter.
4. Complete the application, verification of employment, verification of residency, and
credit athorization form.
5. Fax your application to 410-563-8826, attention: Leasing.
We need all four forms, your application fee and your hold deposit to hold an apartment and
process your application.

Once we have received a completed application, we will confirm through email or phone. The approval process generally takes 2 - 3 days depending on the completion of the paperwork. If you have any questions, please contact the leasing office!
