It's time to pull out last year's pool pass and get ready for the new pool season. All you need to update your pool pass for the new year (with a 2013 sticker) is to sign the 2013 Pool Rules that were e-mailed to all residents on May 1st. These rules are also available in the office for you to complete and sign. Pool passes can be updated in the office during normal business hours.
The Pool Rules this year will ask you to provide us with the name and contact info for an emergency contact. It is very important we have a way to contact someone (family, friend, doctor etc.) in the event of an emergency. This contact person does not need to be local, and you are free to provide more than one contact person if you wish.
Lost or misplaced your pool pass? There is a $20.00 fee to replace your pool pass.
New to Tindeco Wharf since last summer- Just stop by the office with a photo id and we will make a pool pass for you.
The guest pass system will be the same as in previous years. If you have old guest passes leftover from last year, they are still valid this year for your guest. Guests are limited to two per apartment at any one time and guests must be escorted to the pool by a resident with a valid Tindeco pool pass. The resident must reamin at the pool with their guests. Guest passes can be purchased at the front desk or in the office for $8.00 per guest, per day or 10 passes for $50, (check or money order only no cash).
